Blulitenin provides AI-assisted business-presence, marketing, lead-management, reputation, and workspace tools. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website, BluHQ, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including account email, business and contact information, customer or lead records, uploaded documents, messages, assessments, drafts, appointment details, and support requests. We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide BluHQ, generate requested AI-assisted work, operate customer relationships and automations, process subscriptions, deliver approved email, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
AI processing
When you request AI-assisted work, relevant instructions and business content may be processed by contracted AI providers. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial-account, or government-identification information unless it is necessary and authorized. AI output must be reviewed before relying on or sending it.
Service providers
We use service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and contracted AI providers for requested generation. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its service under its own security and privacy obligations.
Security
We use encrypted network connections, access controls, organization-level data policies, server-side secrets, signed webhooks, approval controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so users should protect their email account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request account and associated-data deletion from Account & Security or our public deletion page. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records when required, and will explain applicable retention.
Your choices
You may access and update account information, decline optional communications, request deletion, and contact us about privacy questions. Depending on where you live, additional access, correction, portability, restriction, or objection rights may apply.
Children
Blulitenin is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
