Using Blulitenin
Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Blulitenin website, BluHQ workspace, and related services. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to them.
The service
Blulitenin provides AI-assisted business tools, including presence assessments, draft content, lead and appointment workflows, website planning, email preparation, reputation support, and customer workspaces. Features may vary by subscription.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your email account and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account by authorized users.
Approval and AI output
AI-generated work may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and approve output before publishing, sending, relying on, or acting on it. Blulitenin does not guarantee business results, search rankings, revenue, legal compliance, or uninterrupted availability.
Your information and permissions
You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You grant Blulitenin permission to process that material only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have permission to upload, process, contact, or publish information involving other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful activity; unsolicited bulk messages; credential theft; malware; unauthorized surveillance; manipulation of reviews; or attempts to bypass security or usage limits.
Email and outreach
You are responsible for ensuring recipients may lawfully be contacted, honoring opt-outs, using accurate sender information, and following applicable marketing, privacy, and platform rules. Approval tools assist your review but do not replace your legal responsibilities.
Subscriptions and payments
Prices, billing periods, commitment terms, seat quantities, and included features are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or an applicable mobile marketplace. Cancellation stops renewal subject to the commitment and billing terms accepted at purchase; previously incurred charges are not automatically refundable.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address material violations. You may request account deletion through Account & Security. Some billing or legal records may be retained when required.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of specific outcomes. Blulitenin is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from unreviewed AI output, third-party services, customer-supplied information, or unauthorized account use.
Changes and contact
